THE ESTELLE UNITS

The owner of this Airbnb contacted me before construction to see the bones of the future units. We planned the floorplan together and once the drywall was up, I decorated all 4 units and set them up to be rented out.

BEFORE CONSTRUCTION

These images depict one of the units in its original, pre-renovation state. There were significant signs of wear and aging, with outdated fixtures and finishes that had endured years of use. From the flooring to the cabinetry, the unit needed a complete overhaul to bring it up to modern standards. The current condition provides an opportunity for a full-scale renovation, allowing for a fresh, updated transformation that will enhance both functionality and aesthetics.

DURING CONSTRUCTION

During the construction of the 4-unit property, significant progress had been made across all units. The framing and structural work were completed, and the electrical and plumbing systems were installed. However, the project faced a few minor setbacks. Delays in material deliveries caused a slight extension to the timeline, and unexpected issues with the foundation in one unit required additional reinforcement. Despite these challenges, the construction team worked diligently to address the obstacles and keep the project on track. With those issues resolved, the project continued moving toward its final stages
